Short dress with roses

Very short, half-sleeved dress with an empire waist and a looser fit. Black background with beautiful deep red roses.
In perfect vintage condition, it's a new old stock item. It still has the plastic tag attached, which once held the label, so this dress has never been worn. However, it has a small hole at the back of the neck. It's not visible, especially from the outside, but it's shown in the photos. It fits best in a size 40-42, but stick to the measurements.

WHERE TO WEAR IT AND HOW TO MATCH IT
Wear it as a swimsuit cover-up, or for an evening by the sea. In my opinion, this mini dress looks divine over shorts, perhaps very short, for a sheer effect.
